OPAC access denied Code 403 in browser

Hello, I have been with this problem for some days and I can not solve it. I installed Koha on a dedicated server from an online host provider and everything worked fine on http, port 80, for several months. After installing the SSL certificate and redirecting the site to https I was given access denied in the browser. Because before SSL I did not need to define a DocumentRoot, everything worked without defining this line. But after redirecting from http to https it became necessary to set the DocumentRoot in the 000-default.conf file and I always get the error 403. The staff-client part works fine because it's not running under SSL, it kept running on port 8080, so it still works like before. I have already changed the file apache2.conf, I changed the paths to Require all granted, I made several modifications in the 000-default.conf file but the result is always the same: error 403 in the OPAC side. I'm using Koha 16.05.10, Apache 2.4, Linux Debian 3.16. Book renewed online does not show the time of renewal

Dear All, I have activated the renewal date in messages, but if a member returns the book from koha staf client it reflect the Time of renewal but not if book is renewed online. All items "not renewable"

Hi Using Koha 16.11.04 (via Debian package installation) on Debian 8 I encounter the following problem. In Koha menu "Administration > Circulation and fine rules" a single rule for all patron categories and all item types was defined. The rule includes: * Renewals allowed (count): 3 * Renewal period: 19 * No renewal before: [empty] * Automatic renewal: No * No automatic renewal after: [empty] However, when looking at the actual checkouts of any user, the column "Renew" always says "Not renewable (0 of 0 renewals remaining)" for every single item. Instead I would expect to see "Renewable (0 of 3 renewals remaining)". Restarting Koha / Plack and clearing the webbrowser's cache doesn't change a thing, unfortunately. How is this possible, why are all my items "not renewable"? Kind regards, Michael

Borrewed Permissions

Hello everybody, We have several branches. Users can reserved a book no matter where the book is. But, and here is the problem: If a user see a book in brach A, and make a reserved, only the LIBRARIAN of brach A can give the book to the user even the librarian from any other branch can see it. One of our staff was using LastPass to store passwords etc for Firefoxand was getting her login id and password entered whenever she was trying to update a user's profile. LastPass appears to only look at the basepart of the URL and when it saw fields for 'Username' and 'Password' on the patron update page, it filled in her username and password. "Save"generates a "passwords don't match" error. Looking at Firefox's 'view page source' showed the proper name and password (at least the right number of dots). This confused us for a long time until we turned LastPass off
