Koha Cataloging SIG on Sept. 3

The next Koha-US Cataloging SIG (Special Interest Group) round table, is tomorrow Sept. 3, 8 PT, 9 MT, 10 CT, 11 ET (US time zones) open to all--you don't have to be a Koha-US member to join us, nor do you have to call yourself a cataloger! We'll start by looking at related formats, like print and online versions--records with those 7XX linking entry MARC21 fields, and a real Koha developer is planning to join us! What would you like to see--default fields when generating a new record for a related template? Bugs important for this? And how about FRBRization? some jQuery advice please?

Hi folks My Javascript/jQuery skills are rudimentary at best and I hope someone might be able to help me out. I'm trying to collapse large blocks of ISBNs on OPAC records (where for example we have someone's works catalogued as a set and every volume has a different ISBN). I can see that the contents blocks look like <div class="contentblock" property="description" style="display: block;"> while ISBNs look like <span property="isbn"> (so really I should have used "#isbn" rather than ".isbn" but that didn't work either). How do I select these ISBNs so that I can hide them? Should I be using XPath or CSS Selectors instead? Itemnumber searching using ES

How to use JSON to parse a public report for display on opac?

Having used Koha in my MLS, I am interested in downloading Koha for my library. However, on every attempt I come across a different problem. The latest problem is when I enter the command wget -O- https://debian.koha-community.org/koha/gpg.asc | sudo apt-key add – I get the result -bash: wget: command not found E: gnupg, gnupg2 and gnupg1 do not seem to be installed, but one of them is required for this operation So to install the gnupgs I enter the following sudo apt install gnupg gnupg1 gnupg2 I get the result Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Package gnupg is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source Package gnupg2 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
