Problem with printing labels

C4::Context->userenv not defined!

Hi While experiencing high CPU load on a virtual machine installed with Koha 18.11.03 I found hundreds and thousands of lines like the following in file "/var/log/koha/skat/plack-error.log": C4::Context->userenv not defined! at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Items.pm line 1037. C4::Context->userenv not defined! at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Items.pm line 1037. C4::Context->userenv not defined! at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Items.pm line 1037. It seems like every OPAC search (executed by some annoying webcrawlers) does generate such aline which unfortunately even comes without a timestamp. Currently the file "plack-error.log" has around 262'000 lines and 260'000 of them look like shown above. In and old message ( https://lists.katipo.co.nz/public/koha/2015-October/044027.html ) Mark Tompsett wrote, these are just warnings. "If you had opac logins enabled, and you logged in, you would find that these messages would not be triggered." OPAC logins are allowed by system preference "opacuserlogin" but still these messages do appear. How can I get rid of this endlessly repeated message? written off amount reflect in credit after return of book

Hello Due to covid 19 we have written off several fines and extended the due date with bulk due date extend option. When the user is returning the books the same written off amount reflect in his/her account under CREDIT. Once void all credit then it does not reflect anything. Koha/Script.pm Installation Needed

Good morning, all! A few minutes ago I tried to run ... /migration_tools/ remove_unused_authorities.pl . Alas, Perl aborted at line 25 and reported that complained that Koha/Script.pm could not be found; and subsequently recommended that Koha/Script.pm be installed. Well, I hate to disagree with my esteemed colleague Perl, but it is installed. It's in /usr/share/koha/bin/Koha/Script.pm . How do I fix this? Running Koha 20.05 on Debian Stretch. SIP2 and telnet.

Has anyone been able to telnet to SIP2 successfully. I have followed instructions from the wiki page however telnet just crashes when I try to connect https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_SIP2_server_setup Any help will be appreciated

Kohacon20: time zone, live stream and registration reminders

Kia ora anō koutou, It's now just under 22 hours until Kohacon! TIMING AND TIMEZONE The first Kohacon session that will be streamed starts at 9.45am on Monday morning in NZ. The stream may start sooner, but you won't see much on the stream until 9.45am. It is currently NZDT here, which is UTC/GMT +13 hours. Apologies I incorrectly referred to NZST in a previous email. Openlibrary search does not work from book reccord

Hi I´ve noticed that the search link in more searches inside a book record does not work. Openlibrary gives the following error.: /opt/openlibrary/deploys/openlibrary/68474f6/openlibrary/templates/work_search.html: error in processing template: TypeError: expected string or buffer (falling back to default template) Other searches to Google scholar, Worldcar and bookfinder works correctly. Might be related to the errors: openlibrary.org/api/volumes/brief/json?callback=jQuery341005011899203081160… Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) jquery.min.js:2 GET https://openlibrary.org/api/volumes/brief/json?callback=jQuery3410683177136… net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found) That are shown in several opac pages if enabling browser code inspection feature? Note that if I do a search from within the main opac page, having openlibrary search enabled. does work.
