Kia ora anō koutou, It's now just under 22 hours until Kohacon! TIMING AND TIMEZONE The first Kohacon session that will be streamed starts at 9.45am on Monday morning in NZ. The stream may start sooner, but you won't see much on the stream until 9.45am. It is currently NZDT here, which is UTC/GMT +13 hours. Apologies I incorrectly referred to NZST in a previous email. LIVE STREAM LINK The live stream details have been sent to all registered participants. There will be another email with the live stream details soon before the conference begins. Openlibrary search does not work from book reccord

Hi I´ve noticed that the search link in more searches inside a book record does not work. Openlibrary gives the following error.: /opt/openlibrary/deploys/openlibrary/68474f6/openlibrary/templates/work_search.html: error in processing template: TypeError: expected string or buffer (falling back to default template) Other searches to Google scholar, Worldcar and bookfinder works correctly. Might be related to the errors: openlibrary.org/api/volumes/brief/json?callback=jQuery341005011899203081160… Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) jquery.min.js:2 GET https://openlibrary.org/api/volumes/brief/json?callback=jQuery3410683177136… net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found) That are shown in several opac pages if enabling browser code inspection feature? Note that if I do a search from within the main opac page, having openlibrary search enabled. does work. [koha] Koha and opac not loading

Hello team, My koha instance and opac are not loading. The page tries loading for awhile then shows unable to connect message. What could be wrong? The server has been on but we have been closed since March so nothing has been tampered with. We intend to resume operations come monday so this is very critical Please assist Warm regards James

Kohacon registration and live stream details

Kia ora koutou katoa, Kohacon is 4 days away! In NZ it starts on Monday 19th October 9.15am, that's 8.15pm Sunday GMT! Registrations are still open. Certificates of participation will be sent after the conference to those who register by 5pm Friday NZST, that's 4am Thursday GMT. Registration details are at https://2020.kohacon.org/posts/registration/ Links to the YouTube live-stream and other details will be sent to all registered participants in advance of the conference starting. Bugzilla CC searching & saved searches

Hi! I'm trying to create a saved search in Bugzilla for all the bugs where my email address is in the CC field, so I've selected: Search Advanced search tab Search by people a CC list member contains And then if I put in: heather Or my complete email address: heather_hernandez(a)nps.gov I retrieve 30 bugs: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_st… But Bug 25913, https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=25913 Is not in the list of those 30 retrieved bugs, and my email address is in the CC field. Am I doing something wrong in constructing the search to retrieve the Bugs that have my email address listed in the CC field? (I noticed this because I recently signed off on Bug 25913--I find signing off on bugs to be really fun, since I feel like I'm really helping out, even if it fails the signing off process, since the feedback can still help the Bug to progress!) Koha 20.11 release dates

Hello everybody, Here is the timeline I plan to follow for the 20.11 release: * Oct 30th - "Soft" feature freeze, nothing big or with high risk of side-effects will be included into the final release if not marked as Passed QA * Nov 3-6 - "Hard" feature freeze, nothing considered as an improvement will be pushed if not marked as Passed QA * Nov 11 - String freeze, draft of release notes published * Nov 18 - Only bugfixes considered as major, critical or blocker will be pushed * Nov 27th - Final Release With almost nothing big pushed during the KohaCon week. We have only 1 week left until the beginning of KohaCon (19th) to push big things. Then there is one week left after the KohaCon until soft freeze (Oct 30th). I may be a little reluctant to push significant changes during this week, it will depend on how the queue is at that time. Any comments or modification requests? Regards, Jonathan

colon between title and subtitle?

Dear Colleagues, does anyone know how to automatically put a colon(:) between the title(245a) and subtitle(245b)? Is there a setting for that? We want to separate both title(245a) and subtitle(245b) for better reading. Best regards, Eugen Bastron
