I think the 'world first' was referring to the open source nature of the project see . It is indeed great to hear that other people doing Open Source libraryware. We at the New Zealand Digital Library (http://www.nzdl.org) have been producing Open Source for fully digital libraries since 1995. We deliberately target low end humanitarian and similar organisations, with support for many languages (including the right-to-left reading order and large character sets), platforms back to win 3.11 and no propriortry software needed. See http://www.gnu.org/ for a definition of what we mean when we say open source. We operate our online catalogue using Inmagic DB/Textworks. Would it be possible to use Koha to operate an Intranet using Inmagic, or is it necessary to use the Koha catalogue also? Modified scripts and html

Hi All Over the last couple of weeks Glen Stewart (glen_stewart(a)associate.com) has been working on the koha scripts and html. He has modified them in such a way to make installing koha on a single server without virtual hosts very easy. These modified scripts can be found in http://developer.koha.org/glen/ They are based on v1.06 of koha. Im working to integrate these changes into v1.07, along with quite a few acquisition changes. I hope to have some sort of cvs access set up by then also, so that ppl can grab either patches, to upgrade their existing install, or copies of the modified scripts.
