opac-user.tt, add pub date?

Hi Victor, you've run into *Bug 29631* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=29631> - 21.06.000.12 may fail. If you follow the discussion on the bug, especially comment#18 that might help you solve the issue. The fix will be released with 21.11.01. Hi, I'm trying to update the database of an instance and it's showing the following error. koha-upgrade-schema library Upgrading database schema for library Upgrade to 21.06.00.012 [21:15:15]: Bug 15067 - Add missing languages ERROR - {UNKNOWN}: DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Duplicate entry 'AL-region' for key 'uniq_lang' at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Installer.pm line 738 How can I solve this?

Hi I have Koha on a server with multiple instances. After upgrading from 21.5 to 21.11 one of the instances is showing the initial Koha installation screen. How to fix this error? Thanks.
