Hi, We have the same problem: when we do a search, the result is a list of references without authors and if we ask to order the references by alphabetical order, it's wrong. I checked the link of 100a to biblio.author in the biblioframework and it seems correct. import references from KOHA to Reference manager

Dear all, I would like to import references from koha to Reference Manager, but I don't know exactly the process. I saved records in format .txt and encoding ANSI. What is the right "import filter Editor" in reference manager to read this specific tagged format, is it possible to do an import from this file? Our Z39.50 doesn't work so I think it's the only one way to try to import references. The aim is to build a bibliography. Thanks a lot for your assistance. Dear all, I would like to import references from koha to Reference Manager, but I don't know exactly the process. I saved records in format .txt and encoding ANSI. Adding a printer to Koha for Windows 2.24

I have realize this also. cgi-bin/koha path have been hard coded inside koha perl scripts. which mean, if you want to chahne it, you have to change in ALL koha perl scripts. so, I just remap ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/koha from /intranet/cgi-bin/koha to /usr/koha225/intranet-cgi and for opac /usr/koha225/opac-cgi it will point to your new koha225 folder. perl5lib environment can be added by right click "My Computer"-->"Properties"-->"Advance" Tab-->"Environment Variables" On System variables section, serch for perl5lib, click Edit. Koha Installation Upgrade 2.2.4 to 2.2.5 Windows

Hi everyone; For those interested to upgrade Koha2.2.4 windows to Koha2.2.5. Referring to my previous email on this matter, I have realize that I have made several mistakes. Previously, I have advice to extract Koha2.2.5 to c:\usr\koha225 and make changes to koha.conf in c:\etc. The mistakes is in apache, it still referring to old folder (i.e: c:\usr\koha224.) You can test it by renaming koha224 folder to koha224_bak, and run your koha. you will find 404 -access forbidden. Apart from extracting koha files to c:\usr\koha225, you have to alter your koha.conf and httpd.conf. make sure you make a backup first. My current setting is Apache2.0.54, WinXP, MySQL4.0.15-nt. Potential bug in Marc Checks on 2.2.5?

Hi gang, I've been setting up 2.2.5, duplicating my configuration from our server running 2.2.4. I finished mapping the marc fields to tabs and what not, with the same configuration as the 2.2.4 server as far as I can tell, and ran marc check. This is what it told me: OK itemnum : the field itemnumber is mapped to a field in tab -1 OK All item fields are in the same tag and in item tab OK Only 1 MARC tag mapped to items OK biblioitems.itemtype defined OK homebranch defined OK holdingbranch defined OK biblionumber and biblioitemnumber mapped correctly OK no NULL value in frameworkcode TOTAL You have 1 error(s) in your MARC configuration. Please fix them before using Koha On the 2.2.4 server, I have the exact same list of "OK"s, and under the total, it says that I don't have any errors in my MARC parameters table. Has anybody else encountered this, and can I safely ignore it? Cindy

Koha upgrade

One silly question: After the upgrade, when I access koha, the welcome page still says "welcome to koha 2.2.4", however, when I checked the information under About, it says v.2.2.5 was installed on this server. Can I assume that the upgrade is successful? How can I change the welcoming message to reflect koha 2.2.5 --------------------------------- Yahoo! Photos Got holiday prints? I am using Koha 2.2.4 (Linux) version. Koha OPAC doesnt display author name in Normal View. Therefore users cannot know the author name after OPAC search. I used only 100a tag for entering Author name while cataloguing. How can I display author name in OPAC Normal View?
