Dear All, I have edited our books framework to make the 952$d field mandatory, as it is our requirement. I have imported a large number of books from our oracle database using this framework. However, when adding an item to a record, the item is not being saved with error that mandatory field is not filled, although date acquired is not empty. When i remove the mandatory requirement form 952$d field, the error disappears and item is saved. I would appreciate support to resolve this problem. Hello everyone. Need help with the following... I have koha version 17.11.18. Once i do a loan, it shows up 3 times in the user interface but it saves once in the database. Therefore the user accumulates 3 loans when he/ she actually only has one Ing. Guillermo González

Upgrade assistance

Good evening everyone, I'm trying to upgrade a Koha environment from 19.11.03.000 to the latest 22.05.04.000, including upgrading Debian OS from jessie to stretch. This was originally a package install on Debian Jessie. I did the upgrade successfully in a "test" environment and am now trying on my production system. After my first attempt I got the "welcome to Koha, please login using the default Koha user' screen, so I deleted that DB completely and restored from the backup I took right before the upgrade. Now when I try to execute 'koha-upgrade-schema <koha_site>' I get: Upgrade to 22.05.04.002 [21:40:11]: Bug 31086 - Do not allow null values in branchcodes for reserves ERROR - {UNKNOWN}: DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Cannot change column 'branchcode': used in a foreign key constraint 'reserves_ibfk_4' at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Installer.pm line 739 Any ideas? Matching authority records with tag 001

Hello colleague's, We are trying to import a bunch of authority records with updated fields, but I can't find the right way to match them with existing authority records. The only tag which is workable in our case should be 001. We have followed the manual meticulously, but it just doesn't work. Matching rules used below: Matching rule code: CNUMBER Description: 001 Match threshold: 100 1. Search index: Control-number 2. Score: 101 1. Tag: 001 2. Subfields: [blank] 3. Offset: 0 4. Length: 0 5. Normalization rule: [none] Looking at past messages, we've tried changing the match threshold to '1000' and the score to '1000'. Also, since this matching rule uses a control field, we've tried changing the length to '5' (correct in our case), but to no avail. We've even tried changing the subfield to 'a' and '@', but this doesn't seem to change anything. Anyone who encountered the same problem, but found a solution? Any suggestions? We are using 21.11.06 with Zebra Thanks in advance.
