Email Delivery Notice Problem in Koha: Item due reminder and Advance notice Only

Hello, I am currently using the *Koha 21.05 version* with MariaDB. For the last two months, some (not all) of my users are not able to receive *only Item due reminder and Advance notice email*. I am using Postfix MTA. Users are getting other email notifications like checkout, checkin, membership notifications, etc. Please suggest to me the possible solutions, if any. *One of the failed issues is attached below for your reference.* As per the message below, it seems to be a firewall Issue. Knight in our If we input these keywords on our OPAC : *Philosophy and education George Knight* we will get no result : No results found! But if we remove "and" word, we get the results. I think 90% of users (and that is generous) don't know and understand working around Boolean, nor should they have to. They're not going to get the results they want, and they will give up. Boolean is great if used in the advanced search interface, but for general searches it either needs to be left out or the results explained when Boolean kicks in. Dear All, After I changed the 952$7 subfield of the items to "Not For Loan"(Chicese mean "不外借"), The status text of the item is displayed as "不外借 ()(不外借)" in the Chinese page(attached picture1), But that "()" is extra and unnecessary, it should be displayed as "Not for loan (不外借)" like the English page(attached picture2). I went to Koha Translation website to check, but I didn't see any translation with the extra "()", how can I make it display as "不外借 (不外借)" ? Sincerely, Atron Chen

Batch update of bib records - non-public note

Hi All I would like to add unique note (note would be different to many records) to all the bibliographic records of Koha in non-public note field - 952x. What is the best way to add the non-public note. I got following option in mind. Export Marc records from koha -->convert them to excel using MARC Edit -->add unique note in excel sheet to all the records in non-public note-->convert excel to MARC-->upload them back to Koha Please let me know is there any better way or any other ways to do this task?
