Self check issue

Hello, Now that I have a working version of Koha, I am attemping to turn on the AutoSelfCheckAllowed feature, but after I turn it on and put in the correct username and password, the self checkout page still requires a staff username and password. Not sure what I am doing wrong? Re: [Koha] Installation 500 error

Good evening, I am attempting to install Koha and each time I get to the web installer step, I encounter the 500 error every time. I do not get to the initial installer login page. I am not sure where I messed up. Here is what I know. * I am using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on Digital Ocean. * It is a blank ubuntu server configuration. * I followed all the steps listed, in order, on the Koha wiki and no errors except the one below were listed in the terminal during each step * I am using an IP-based installation. * I tried looking at the Koha error logs but they were of no help. The only other I was getting was the AH00558: apache2 FQDN error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jeremiah Henderson, M.Ed.

Hi Everyone These are two pretty straightforward questions so if you want to reply to me directly, please feel free to do so. I finally got the staff install of Koha 20 up and running. If the staff interface is at *libraryname-intra.domainname.org:8080 <http://libraryname-intra.domainname.org:8080>* where is the public interface? I thought it would be at *libraryname.domainname.org <http://libraryname.domainname.org> * but it's not. I just get the "Apache is working" page. I'm guessing something is missing in some script ... but I have no idea where and am not finding anything useful in the documentation. THe /etc/hosts file has the IP for the library and the library-intra The /etc/koha/sites/koha-sites.conf file is empty. Should something be here? Any help with this will be much appreciated. 2) running cron jobs OK, so according to what I've see in the documentation, cron jobs are supposed to be in /bin or /misc Nope. In /etc I did find the directories cron.d cron.daily cron.hourly cron.monthly cron.weekly and the file crontab Is this what I'm looking for? I would like to run the job link_bibs_to_authorities.pl where is this and how do I run it? Again, the documentation is not really helpful in getting started here. Downloading all the records of a result list

Hi In our library we are using Koha 20.11.00 on Debian 10. If we execute a search and have a result list of say 600 results - how can we download the records of the respective records? We know we could click "Select all" (but this only selcts the 20 biblio records that are on the current page) then add these 20 records to the cart or a list, then go to the next page, click "Select all", add 20 more records to the list etc etc, and finally download the records from the menu in the cart/list. Patron Creation failure

Dear community I have been trying to create a new patron under the category Juvenile with no success. This is the message i get: "Something went wrong when creating the patron. Check the logs." And when i checked the logs files at /var/log/koha/library/intranet-error.log this is what i get: [Tue Jun 29 13:21:54.630830 2021] [cgi:error] [pid 462440] [client 127.0.0.1:59> I'm using the current stable release 21.05.
