How to run batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl

Hi all, I have been trying to find out how to run the batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl after Koha to MARC mapping errors were resolved, but couldn't figure out how exactly to execute this command in the terminal. After some googling it looked like /usr/share/koha/bin/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl -c is what I needed to type, but I got this result: Can't locate Koha/Script.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Koha::Script module) (@INC contains: /usr/share/koha/bin/ /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.34.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.34.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.34 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.34 /usr/share/perl/5.34 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at /usr/share/koha/bin/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl line 9. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/share/koha/bin/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl line 9. When that didn't work I tried searching the archive for batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl and found this message: https://lists.katipo.co.nz/public/koha/2021-July/056487.html, which suggested using sudo koha-shell -c '/usr/share/koha/bin/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl -c' your_koha_name So I tried sudo koha-shell -c '/usr/share/koha/bin/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl -c' library The result was: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table 'koha_library.systempreferences' doesn't exist at /usr/share/koha/lib/Koha/Database.pm line 152. DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table 'koha_library.systempreferences' doesn't exist at /usr/share/koha/lib/Koha/Database.pm line 152. DBD::mysql::st fetchrow failed: fetch() without execute() at /usr/share/koha/lib/Koha/Database.pm line 152. Can someone help with how to resolve these please? Will I need to install Koha::Script module and how? My Koha version is 22.11.01, and MARC flavor is UNIMARC. I had recently run Koha to MARC mapping and my MARC Bibliographic framework test returned all OK after correcting the errors, but the message at the top of the page says If you make any change to the mappings, you must ask your administrator to run misc/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl. Since our IT is dealing with other things and I'm the only one handling Koha installation, setup and eventual usage (god help me) I need to figure out many things that could seem obvious to more experienced users here. Import Unimarc records with items

Hello! There are records with items in UNIMARC format. Records are imported. Items are not imported. Why is this happening? Are there other options for importing items? Example: ... <datafield tag="995" ind1=" " ind2=" "> <subfield code="5">2001-01-01</subfield> <subfield code="9">1</subfield> <subfield code="a">NF</subfield> <subfield code="b">TPU</subfield> <subfield code="c">TPU</subfield> <subfield code="f">13821000185704</subfield> <subfield code="j">95-1389</subfield> <subfield code="k">95-1389</subfield> <subfield code="q">3700,00</subfield> <subfield code="r">BK</subfield> </datafield> ... Adding ebook records to koha

Setting folders for access_dir

Hello all, When I go to Access files under Additional tools, I get a message saying Error: Files could not be found because the "access_dir" option was not set in "koha-conf.xml". Contact your system administrator to add this option. Since Access files is meant for accessing "files stored on the server, like log files or reports", I assume it would be important to set this up correctly. What directory should be used to receive these log files and reports? Another XSLT question: adding a line break between multiple names

Hi everyone, I have another XLST question that I haven't been able to figure out: I'm using the 700 field for authors, and I want to start additional authors on a new line instead of separating them by |. Internal server error with ISBD detail and making a hold on OPAC

I’m recently started to get internal server errors when looking at ISBD detail and making a hold when in the OPAC. We’re using Koha 19.11.22.000 on Debian 9. I’ve seen a similar problem reported as bug 22735: Resolve internal server error on missing item type but that was on 18.05 and presumably fixed back then. Can anyone offer any fixes please? Dear all, I'm not a developer, and as I mentioned before, I'm stuck with an inoperable library catalogue due to the fact that I can't update to the latest version because "Older databases fail to upgrade due to having a row format other than "DYNAMIC"". https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=28267 I've read the comments on this bug but I fail to understand what I should do to fix this. Hold it! Don't go any further. If you are looking for a way to wrangle your holds better around closed libraries, you should check out this video. George shows us ways to force "suspend until" dates for particular libraries, as well as work around some unexpected bugs with default hold expiration dates in current versions of Koha. I can't wait! Clarification sought on koha-create options

Hello! I'm interested in learning more about the following options for the command koha-create: --defaultsql some.sql Specify a default SQL file to be loaded on the DB. --configfile cfg_file Specify an alternate config file for reading default values. Could these be used in the creation of an instance that is essentially a clone of another one, for which koha-dump was used with the option --without-db-name? I'd like to have a smooth way to create instances in which our librarians can experiment with ideas and features. Thank you!

Koha Export Data Options

Dear All, I use Koha Tools-> Export Data->Export Database Option to download dump of Koha database. I have a large database with over 150000 books and 8,000 patron records. The dump was a large file around 400MB. Suddenly the dump file now generated is just 1KB.
