[Koha] circulation box -- impossible class?

Hi Kate

That is definitely bug and one that has been fixed, it now tells you what
the actual problem is with the borrower. When I get back in front of a
computer at work ill look up the patch for you.

Unfortunately Express is a very old version of koha now and misses many new
features and bug fixes, I'm not sure that it can be fixed without access to
the code. I will look at the code for you at work and hopefully I can spot
the condition that is causing it so we can up with a work around.

Sorry everyone for the top posting and whatever else annoying this mail
client on my phone does, time for a new mail programme I think.

Koha has done this for at least three patrons in both Firefox and Explorer.
It might be tied to overdues or fines -- it has happened when the patron
owed fines or had overdues but it has also happened after the fines have
been paid.

In order to check out to these patrons, I have to delete their records and
re-add them.

I am a Koha express site so have no control over Koha versions or anything
other than system preferences.
I appreciate any help and will be glad to report this as a bug, if it isn't
just something that I messed up somehow.
