Emailing shopping cart
hey. I have a customer trying to email his shopping cart. Box pops up, email address entered. Sent email confirmation, but email never arrives. What are we missing? Thanx. Lenora
Lenora, Depending on the customer's email host, and your ISP's terms and restrictions, your emails may be getting flagged as spam or otherwise blocked before they can reach the customer's inbox.
