[Koha] Koha version naming

Hi,

Ian Walls explained the version numbering quite well on the koha-devel list some time ago:

The current stable release is 3.10 and the first monthly bug fix release 3.10.1 is going to be released soon. You can upgrade your installation directly to any newer stable version, without having to install the versions in between first.
