[Koha] Withdrawing our candidature in favour of a unified bid from India to hold KohaCon 11

Coming to know that already few other institutions from India have applied 
to hold the KohaCon11, I withdraw our bid to hold the same in order for a 
unified bid from India. As I stated earlier also, my full support will be 
available for any proposals from India.

Dear Sir/Madam
 
Given to understand that you are about to decide about holding next KohaCon 
2011 venue, I would request you to hold the same at New Delhi, India. India 
has a very very large  number of libraries but have limited understanding 
about open source software and their usage and applications in lilbraries. 
Holding such a prestigious conference will serve as an effective tool for 
such an event.
 
I am an active researcher on use of open source software in NCT region of 
Delhi and hence strongly feel need of such a conference in India. 
 
I offer our institution as the host for this conference or even my full 
support for any other institution in the country wish to host the 
conference.
