next KohaCon 2011 venue, I would request you to hold the same at
New Delhi, India. India has a very very large number of
libraries but have limited understanding about open source
software and their usage and applications in lilbraries. Holding such a
prestigious conference will serve as an effective tool for such an
event.</div>

NCT region of Delhi and hence strongly feel need of such a
