[Koha] Fixed asset management??

We just started using our installation to check out equipment.  So far
it's just some videorecording gear, but so long as we can slap a
barcode on it, we can check it out to people.

Would you allow people to put holds on things?  I guess in the words
of your finance department, it would be "reserving items."
