[Koha] Zebra server fails to start

Our external server is running, but Koha returns 0 results for all searches.

We've got the LCK files owned & grouped as Koha.  We've rebuilt the index. 

zebra-daemon and zebraqueue-daemon refuse to start. 

None of the error logs show anything.

Any hints? Help?
