[Koha] Got the Post-Installation Read Me?

Hi !

Please, could somebody mail me the Post-Installation Read Me and the
Iptables.Rules.txt for installing Koha? I got the Koha tarball from the home
site but the manual keeps referring to those above mentioned files. That's
why I need them to complete the installation.
