[Koha] Need help on Koha

Hi expert,

I installed Koha 3.0 on fedora 9 for testing purpose.i can access to the
admin page using the default username:kohaadmin.

i need this software to be use by my school librarian not for student...the
librarian just need to perform some basic admin tasks like update the record
when borrowing or issuing book & etc

how do i create another logon user for this librarian?

how do i add record? pls assist me..thank you!
