[Koha] Arabic Translation of Koha (again)

Mohammed posted a message in Aug 2006, but I did not find an answer. 
I would like to know anyone replied (or know) that if there is an Arabic
interface (OPAC?) for Koha.

Hello everyone,
I've been recently working on translating Koha to Arabic, however I can
across
this article on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koha_(software
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koha_%28software> ) ) that
says that Koha was already translated to Arabic. I didn't see any arabic
PO
files in the main Koha distribution though. 
 
So I just want to know if Koha was translated to Arabic or not, and if
it was
translated then where is the Arabic PO file.
