[Koha] Arabic Translation of Koha (again)

I looked and did not find any Arabic interface in the main CVS.

There may be an Arabic translation out there: if someone finds it and
reviews it, please let me know where to find it and I will upload it
to the main CVS.  A link was posted to
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/librarinans_ar/files/koha/
but it seems only accessible to Yahoo customers.  Meanwhile,

mentions a full translation and there was a later report of one being
used in Afghanistan.

from a few months ago.
