[Koha] Can't delete fresh created biblio. DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Duplicate entry

Hi Eugen,

have a look at About Koha > System information. You'll probably see a
note about duplicated IDs in your database and a link to this wiki page:
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/DBMS_auto_increment_fix
