[Koha] Record display turns completely blank

Hi thanks for the reply, but we ran the Zebra index and it's still the same result.


I have included a video of the problem for people to get a better idea of the problem.

It happens intermittently and often fixes itself after half a dozen page refreshes, and then it will happen again.

Occasionally when we view/create/edit a record, the record page will not display properly, all the field will turn blank, any update to the record just pauses and we need to wait from minutes to hours before it fixes itself and the record to be displayed normally again. It happens from time to time and really impacts our workflow.
