[Koha] Add 4 days to <<reserves.waitingdate>>

Lucas's idea is great.
I would suggest to use the KohaDates filter to display date (to match
the dateformat syspref):
  [%- formatted_new_waitingdate = manip.UnixDate(date_prev, "%Y-%m-%d") -%]
  Hold not available until: [% formatted_new_waitingdate | $KohaDates%]
