Hi,
If the reason for adding some fees was to avoid having locals attending,
there's something going wrong... 80% of attendees are local people. And
that's why we're moving from countries to countries. In India, IIRC,
there were "all" students from the local librarian school. And that was
*great*.
The audience of the KohaCon usually consist in 20-30 "usual attendees",
that come every year, it (almost) doesn't depend on where it takes
place, some "close countries" people, that take profit of a "short"
trip, a few coming from a long distance, and all others are local !
+ : the 1st part of the KohaCon is usually dedicated to "discover what
Koha can do for you", so it's made for local !
