The icons are not designed *specifically* for any category. The npl
set contains the icons I created for NPL's specific collections, and
they're contributed with the hope that they might be useful to others.
But not many people really need the outline of the state of Ohio on
their icon for "Local History:"

At some point along the way we lost some of the finer advanced search
controls in the OPAC. There has been talk of reviving them in some
form but so far it's only talk.

I'm thinking "Shelving Location," which could easily be set up as an
authorized value and tied to your 952 tag. The disadvantage being that
changing an item's shelving location means editing the item record.
High on my Koha wish list is a means of quickly setting an item's
shelving location with an interface like the Transfers interface. Some
changes to items shouldn't be limited to those with cataloging
privileges.
