[Koha] regarding koha3.00.00

dear all .

                   i have installed koha3 in ubuntu8.10 ,i have ordered and
receive the books ,
 while  i am in search of books i can able to search the books when i select
option *ALL LIBRARIES* in Location and availability  .
but i could not able to search the book when i am in search of books
in *Individual
Libraries* .
and i could not find the holdings for some books .
