[Koha] Catalist to Koha conversion

Hi all. We are assisting a local primary school with a conversion from 
Catalist to Koha.

I just wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction to get 
us started. I see in the list that there were some questions about this 
back in 2003, and that "The original Koha install was done with data 
from Catalist."

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
