[Koha] unable to create new serials

Hello, I'm trying to set up serials records. I have imported marc
records for a  couple of  serials. When I try to "add a new
subscription" though, the "search biblio" link does nothing when I click
it- nor does the "create biblio" link. 

 

Can someone provide insight about what's wrong?
