[Koha] how to use z39.50 ?

I can't figure out what the portnumber of our z39.50 server is? 

I can't even figure out if z39.50 is running? How do you do such things?

We have a database called 'kohadb', entered some 18000 records, zebra is
running and indexing and now I would like to know if this database can
be reached by z39.50? 

Help is appreciated.

Koha version:3.00.01.005

OS version ('uname -a'):Linux koha01 2.6.18-6-686 #1 SMP (Debian)

MySQL version:mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.32, for pc-linux-gnu (i486)
using readline 5.2

Apache version:Server version: Apache/2.2.3

Zebra version:Zebra 2.0.34 (C) 1994-2007
