[Koha] Internal error: Incomplete hold request

HI! We just upgraded our Debian system to Lenny and Koha to the latest
upgrade available via git.  Our patrons are now experiencing the error noted
in the subject line above when they try to place a hold via the opac.  We
have no problem doing so via the staff interface.  Is there a bug fix we
need to apply that hasn't yet made it out? Or is there a preference we need
to reset since our upgrade?  Thanks
