[Koha] Installing Koha when the Koha database already exists

1. creating the database: it already exists
2. populating it with MARC frameworks: dunno
3. checks for installed modules: just run the installer.pl script to find out :)

I'll let you know if I run into any probs doing a completely manual
install.
