[Koha] Installing Koha when the Koha database already exists

AFAICT, it's an option of the installer, at the end. If the
already-existing-DB was created with the installer, and you selected to
load data at the end of it, the DB should have a MARC framework on it
(correct me if I'm wrong, of course)
