[Koha] Auto increment/ Checkout & Checkin

Hi to all I am facing problem in circulation, an item checking out first time and checking in , If I repeat this activity again, in repeating case auto increment DBMS error clicking, login koha database via PHPMYADMIN, clean 0 number from issue and old issue table. I have configured Auto increment from koha wiki, but error is still coming.
