Hi to all I am facing problem in circulation, an item checking out first time and checking in , If I repeat this activity again, in repeating case auto increment DBMS error clicking, login koha database via PHPMYADMIN, clean 0 number from issue and old issue table. I have configured Auto increment from koha wiki, but error is still coming. Hi Arshad, the only thing I can think of is to double check your configuration of the auto increment fix - there might be a tiny mistake somewhere preventing it from working: https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/DBMS_auto_increment_fix Did you restart your DBMS server after setting up the fix?
