Hie, I'm so happy someone asks for developing with Eclipse. At Biblibre, me and one colleague use it since many years. But our desktop OS is Ubuntu. I'd say install a virtualbox with a desktop Debian Wheezy. You will be able to run Eclipse and install Koha dependancies by using koha-perldeps from repository : http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_3.x_on_Debian_Squeeze I had the plan to create a wiki page for Eclipse. There are a lot of tricks to ease development. Regards, Le 13/01/2015 10:21, Radek Siman a écrit :
Hello,
I'd like to ask anyone interested in programming Koha to help me with debugging Koha sources on MacBook Pro (OSX Yosemite). I am using Eclipse Luna (4.4.0) with Perl plugin EPIC. I have downloaded Koha sources from GIT repository, but the IDE still complains about missing libraries although I tried to install them from CPAN. Is there anybody debugging on OSX? Or, maybe, Is Koha able to run on OSX?
Thank you all. Radek Siman
