Hey Koha-
For some reason our system is not sending out overdue notices to our patrons. Holds and checkins/outs work fine. But no overdue notices have ever been sent or received. As far as I can tell, the settings in "tools" are all correct.
Any ideas?
Hi Caitlin! I guess this could be a lot of things... The first couple of questions that come to mind are: 1. What version of Koha? 2. Are the messages stored in the message_queue table at all? Best regards, Magnus Enger libriotech.no
