Looks like the work was done to create reports that go to TalkingTech and back -- so not direct telephony integration but useful to TalkTech customers presumably.
Sponsored by Middletown Township Public Library, Middletown, NJ, USA but never submitted to core Koha in a usable form (is in the Harley pile). Maybe PTFS or someone from TalkingTech or the sponsoring library would want to take it that extra step?
Back in the olden days (2000) when Koha first went live. Horowhenua Library Trust used talkingtech, they did exactly that dumped a file and sent it to talkingtech to phone. Worked fine Chris
