I've searched the manual, but it appears that there's no provision for automatic staff notification whenever a patron places a hold on a title. Is this true? Lacking that feature, the "Holds to pull" report has to be checked periodically, correct? I'm also unclear on the purpose of the "Holds queue" report. Can someone clarify?
