I have been in touch with Koha and it seems to be a bit of a complex process.
I assume by "in touch with Koha" you mean you have been in touch with your support company, PTFS/Liblime? They're the ones you are going to have to go through in order to make this possible because the software you're running is their non-open fork of Koha.
