afaik, no-one has developed PABX integration with Koha, yet.
however... it should be completely possible to make a phone notification system (like asterisk) work with Koha
More than possible, it wouldn't be too too difficult even. It's more deciding the mechanism and triggers for what you'd want to have it do when. Asterisk has hooks which make it easy (and fun) to interface with.
