Looks like the work was done to create reports that go to TalkingTech and back -- so not direct telephony integration but useful to TalkTech customers

Back in the olden days (2000) when Koha first went live. Horowhenua Library Trust used talkingtech, they did exactly that dumped a file and sent it to talkingtech to phone. Worked fine
