What kind of global change functionalities will be available in Koha 3.2 ? I've read that Liblime was working on it (http://www.slideshare.net/gmcharlt/koha-32-status and http://www.web2learning.net/archives/2781 ) but did not see anything about "global change" in the 3.2 roadmap (http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:development:roadmap3.2 ).
The 3.2 roadmap on the Koha wiki is the more accurate of those links.
From what I've heard many (most? all?) of the Liblime-sponsored features listed in the web2learning post will not be contributed to 3.2.
