Hi, Apparently i have tried so hard to set overdue notices triggers to go out to all patron categories and it is not working. We are on 3.18. I have defined the notices. I am thinking i am mixing up the letters and also the delay period when defining rules for overdue actions. What could i be doing wrong on this one? Mary. Am I the only one who has noticed this? It doesn't happen in our 3.18 production catalogue. We don't circulate that much material, but we also don't want an email every time it happens.

We're testing 3.20 before installing it in production. As part of the test, I ran some items through checkout and check in. I was surprised to receive emails about both these actions at the end of the day. I have been digging around in the system preferences, but haven't yet found where to switch this off, or at least change the email address. It wasn't happening in earlier versions, so I assume this is a new feature?
