It has to be done per patron - you can't do it globally at this time :( Also, patrons have the right to change their own enhanced messaging. Nicole, could you clarify a bit more? Is there no way to system-wide set up a trigger for advance notices? I think that you're saying it has to be configured in each patron record. Looking at the messaging option in the patron record, it seems to be configurable for email, SMS, and RSS. What I'd like to do is set up a standard email for advance notices to all patrons managed through the Notices and Overdue notice/status triggers tools.
