Thank you so much for the suggestion! I've run into a problem though: when I try to click on the folder, I get a page with a series of drop down boxes without values, rather than a place to enter the numbers you mention.
In one of those drop downs (probably the last one) there will be all the 900 tags 952u should be in there
Thanks, Chris. Sorry for the slow reply. I'm wondering if our db is just corrupt. I've been trying to convince the committee to just start with a fresh db, but if we do that they want to switch from KOHA so, I thought I should pursue the problem some more. It seems that all of the dropdowns are empty in every field. I tried to look at different tables, etc., and could not find any case where the page with the drop downs had content to select. Does your company ever repair koha db's for a fee? Any more ideas? I am very grateful for your help.
