I have superlibrarian permissions, but don't seem to get the option to add a book through fast cataloguing.

Besides a check on user privileges, Koha also checks to see if a bibliographic framework exists for fast cataloging. This framework must have the code "FA." Does a Fast Cataloging framework exist in Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework?
