Greetings, we close baskets but only after everything ordered for the purchase order (we create one basket for each purchase order) is received and invoiced. We do this so that we can modify an order if an title is unavailable or cancelled, or if there were errors not immediately discovered. We started closing baskets to remove them for the vendor screens, leaving the baskets that had titles still outstanding.
