[Koha] Items Already placed hold

Hi I have a question about the place hold system. The user A reserve one book and reservation is accepted by the librarian. The user B want to reserve the same book, in the opac-search page is not possible to reserve it because the link "place hold" is disabled, but if the user go in the opac-details page is possible to reserve again the book. I'm a little bit confused... is a bug or one option to disable? Because I want that the book if is already reserved is not possible to reserve it at the same time.
